1. Sort your garments
Separate light and dark colours. Avoid washing delicate items with heavy garments or towels.
2. Choose a suitable detergent
Use a mild detergent suitable for delicate fabrics. Avoid bleach unless the care label permits it.
3. Check the water temperature
Use cold or lukewarm water, generally no hotter than 30°C, unless the garment label states otherwise.
4. Hand washing
Dissolve detergent in water, gently move the garment without rubbing vigorously, and rinse thoroughly. Avoid prolonged soaking.
5. Machine washing
Use a delicate cycle and a laundry bag where appropriate. Avoid aggressive spinning.
6. Drying
Do not wring delicate garments. Dry in the shade in a ventilated area, preferably flat when needed to maintain shape.
