Returns & Refunds Policy
Rise Outlet aims to provide quality products and a positive shopping experience. Returns and refunds are subject to this policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC), eligible online purchases may be cancelled within seven calendar days after receipt.
To request a return, email Riseoutletbr@gmail.com with the subject “RETURN REQUEST – ORDER NUMBER – FULL NAME”. Our team will provide return instructions.
Return Conditions
Items should be returned in their original packaging, unused, with original labels, manuals and accessories, without customer-caused damage, and with seals intact where applicable. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused where permitted by law.
Refund Options
After receiving and inspecting the return, eligible customers may request store credit for the purchase amount or a refund through the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Orders Already Dispatched
If an order has already shipped, customers requesting cancellation may need to wait for delivery and follow the return procedure. Refunds are processed after the return is received and approved, subject to applicable rights.
Manufacturing Defects
The original Brazilian policy provides a 90-day statutory warranty for manufacturing defects under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. Contact our support team if you identify a defect. Damage caused by misuse, impacts, incorrect washing or care, or normal wear is not treated as a manufacturing defect.
Problems on Delivery
We recommend refusing visibly damaged or tampered-with packages, incorrect products or incomplete deliveries. If you accept the parcel and discover an issue, contact us within 72 hours where possible. This does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Returning Your Item
After your return request is approved, we will send instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. The original policy requests dispatch of the return within seven calendar days after authorisation, subject to applicable consumer rights.
